Triathlete

A Triathlete since 1994 Rob has competed in all disciplines of Triathlon from short distance to Ironman, having competed at the World Ironman Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and at the ITU Triathlon World Long Distance Triathlon Championships where he competing for New Zealand two years in a row.

A veteran of 8 Ironman races and recently completed Ironman Western Australia in a personal best time in December 2009, Rob takes endurance races in his stride. In 2010 he took on the Anaconda Adventure race which is an epic test of swimming, surf ski paddling, trail running and mountain biking.He also competed in the T42 Moutain Bike race and the Xterra NZ Championships. All this is part of reaching his goal of the NZ Coast to Coast Multisport race in 2011.
