Discovered 8 years ago through a SA Institute of Sport talent search program she made her first Australian team in 2005 to race at the Junior World Road Champs.
Chosing to focus on her road riding, Tiffany was offered a guest ride with US Pro team, Colavita Sutter Homes in 2007 and raced with the Australian Development team in France. The following year Tiffany turned her guest appearance into a professional contract with Colavita Sutter Homes and had her first professional win at the 2008 Sea Otter Classic Pro Women's Circuit Race. Tiffany was also part of the AIS team on the European circuit duringthe second half of the season.
2009 was another breakthrough year for Tiffany with her win in the ITT at La Route de France Feminine helped her gain selection into the Australian team for her first elite world road cycling championships.
Tiffany is now competing full time in Europe with the Australian Institute of Sport national women's team.
